The AgriShift® TLL in-system LED tube light provides egg producers and breeders with an in-system lighting solution to meet the needs of today’s modern poultry houses. In-System lighting provides a more uniform and continuous light pattern free of dark spots and shadows. Birds are less likely to be spooked or provoked by movement outside of the system and are noticeably less-stressed and calmer.

The  AgriShift® TLL was created to provide the egg producer and breeder the most advanced layer and breeder house lighting available. This lighting system is designed to operate in-system to meet the lighting needs of poultry housed in today’s deeper and more spacious systems. In-system lighting provides a more uniform and continuous light pattern free of dark spots and shadows. Birds are less likely to be spooked or provoked by activities or movements outside of the system and are noticeably less-stressed and calmer. These LED systems significantly reduce electricity costs, decrease labor and maintenance costs, and increase flock performance. AgriShift® TLL lights are more energy efficient than existing fluorescent bulbs. They provide a fast return on investment as well as long-term savings. Unlike CFL or Cold-cathode lighting systems, these lights have no need for ballasts or transformers.

The Science Behind the Technology

The AgriShift® TLL has a deep saturated light output with an added blue and green spectrum, benefiting the vision of your animal. The enhanced red spectrum is the only spectrum which stimulates a hen’s hypothalamic and pineal oscillators, helping maintain circadian rhythms and promotes sexual maturity. It also stimulates the release of two reproduction regulating hormones essential for sexual maturation and daily egg production.
